Stephen McAuliffe founded Trimacs Landscape Maintenance over 35 years ago with the help of his two brothers. On a daily basis, Stephen is very involved in the operation of the business including everything from bidding and hiring, to ordering and accounting.

Jeff McAuliffe functions as an account manager, landscape designer, and operations manager to our company. For over fifteen years, Jeff has contributed talent to the Trimacs team and has begun overseeing operations on a managerial level. As an account manager, Jeff represents the company interest from the Alameda area to Marin County.

Dave Azevedo brings over 30 years of landscape maintenance experience to the Trimacs team. Daily, Dave can be found managing accounts from Oakland to Calistoga and Napa .

Raylene Ojeda has been with Trimacs for five years. She has an extensive background in customer service, project and account management. Add a dynamic personality and you have an ideal partner in the day to day operations of your property. Raylene has worked both internally and externally in all operations of the company. She is experienced in property maintenance, design, bidding, planting, crew supervision, and irrigation. She works closely with property management, associations, and board members to maintain and grow existing relationships which result in properties that show her dedication and hard work.

Julie Siegfried with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Horticulture and Landscape Design from the University of Minnesota, Julie brings a large amount of professional landscape experience to the company. Previously, Julie has landscape design experience with golf courses, residential, and commerical properties. In addition to this, Julie has continued her education and become a Certified Bay Friendly Landscaper, and a Certified CLCA Water Manager. As an account manager with Trimacs, Julie supervises properties from Livermore to Concord.
